Thank you for considering our GymKids classes. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask all students to pre-register up to the day of lessons for each session. Please note that we do not offer drop-in classes. Students must meet the required age by the start of the first lesson. Our classes are popular and in high demand. Sign up soon.
GYMNASTICS: GYM KIDS PROGRAM
Our Non-Competitive Recreational Gymnastics class is the perfect way for children to have fun while developing agility, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Our experienced instructor teaches basic tumbling, floor work, balance beam, and vaulting skills using mats, inclines, octagons, and climbing structures. Safety is our top priority, and emphasize proper technique, stretching, and warm-up in every class. Children of all ages skill levels are welcome, we incorporate creative movement using ribbons, scarves, balls, hoops, bean bags, and parachute. Each child's effort is recognized with awards and certificates. Join us for a nurturing and fun gymnastics experience!

CHEERLEADING: CHEER KIDS PROGRAM
Our non-competitive cheerleading class is the perfect place to learn all the fundamentals and skills of cheerleading. We focus on proper technique, cheer positions, jumps, chants, cheers, and pompom routines, as well as basic gymnastic tumbling and cartwheels. Our class also introduces beginning mini stunts and includes fun pompom and drill team jazz dance routines, with unique seasonal cheers and chants for Fall, Winter, and Spring sports. Safety is our top priority, and we careful attention to technique, proper stretching, and warm-up in each class. Awards and certificates will be given out to validate each child's effort. Lessons are year-round and conclude with a formal performance at The Heritage Theatre every Spring!
Pompom Requirement: Pompoms are used in class and for performance. Pompoms are professional, made specifically for the sport of cheerleading and include a special cheer bag. Pompoms must be purchased from the instructor on the first day. Returning students please bring your pompoms to class.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS DANCE PROGRAM
Our program provides a comprehensive introduction to rhythmic gymnastics and dance. We teach the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics, including dance routines and drills using various apparatus such as the ribbon, ball, hoop, and rope. Our classes also incorporate circus-style tricks and prop balances, as well as elements of ballet and jazz. Our experienced instructors teach tumbling and cartwheels, and use balance beams, mats, obstacle courses, and gymnastic drills to enhance learning. We tailor our lessons to each child's age and skill level to ensure they have a fun and rewarding experience.

YOGA ACROBATS PROGRAM
Learn both Acrobats and Yoga in one FUN class! Beginning Yoga poses and stretches are taught in the 1st half of class on yoga mats with soft music and simple breathing techniques. Beginning Acrobats, a FUN Circus Style art form of Gymnastics are taught including somersaults, rolls, acrobatic drills and gymnastic movement. Partner balancing acrobats are introduced. Specialty gymnastic mats, bean bags, juggling scarves, obstacle course and balance beam are all incorporated into every lesson. Our Unique class combines flexibility, strength, concentration, coordination, balance and imagination while enjoying fun movement. Acrobatic balancing skills, yoga and gymnastic movement are taught based on readiness and age appropriateness of each student.
